Aug 19th - Early arrivals
- We now have the villa booked from August 19th!
- Early arrivals please send Tina extra night arrival $100 pp. 

Please note:
Early arrival (1 night), welcome drinks and breakfast the next morning

Aug 20 - Villa Check-In!
- All 20th arrivals to now come straight to the villa! (Early access arranged)
- A relaxed welcome buffet dinner in the evening

Please note:
Welcome drinks on arrival and a relaxed welcome dinner included 

Aug 21 - Floating Breakfast & Beach Club Day 
Start the day with a Floating Breakfast!
11:30am: We head out to Cafe Del Mar Beach Club for some pool time!
4:00 pm : Depart Beach Club to the villa and get ready for dinner and nightlife
7:30pm: Head out to Lafavela for dinner & nightlife  

Beach club arrangements:
- Floating breakfast included
- Beach club beds booked ($50pp paid by Tina)
- The beach club also has a minimum spend of $50 USD which needed to be paid in advance for our large group but you will have this $50 USD to redeem on the day on any food and drinks menu (please refund to Tina)

- Refund $50pp Day beds booked by 
- Refund $50 min spend (you'll have this to spend as  food & beverage credit on the day)

Aug 22 - All Day Bali Tour (early start!)
5:00am Villa pick up for 2 hr drive to start tour at Lempuyang
4:00pm Villa return time

Aug 23 - SPA Day at Kaveri
You will each have a flower bath experience and oil massage and use of the pool all day!

Schedule
8:00am - Villa Pick Up
9:00 am - Arrive at Kaveri Spa
10:00am - Spa Treatments begin
1:00pm - Lunch
2:00 pm - Spa treatments continue
7:00pm - Dinner
9:00pm - Depart to Villa

Aug 24 - Bali Swing Photoshoot & Uluwatu Dinner
8:00am: Head to experience your shoot at Bali Swing! (Dress, Swing, Nests and Photographer included) 
1:00pm - Return to villa and get ready for Dinner at Tirtha, Uluwatu!
4:00pm: Depart Villa to head to Tirtha Uluwatu (1 hr)
5:00pm: Arrive in time for sunset and be seated for 6:00pm
8:30pm: Leave Tirtha Uluwatu to Villa Drop Off

Aug 25 - Monkey Forest and Ubud Market
Head to Ubud to visit Monkey Forest and explore Ubud as you do some last minute shopping for souvenirs!

Highlights
- 11:00am Villa pick up 
- Visit Monkey Forest
- Shop souvenirs at Ubud Market 
- 4:00 pm Villa drop off 
- 6:00 pm BBQ Dinner at Villa 

Please note:
- Only Breakfast included
-  Monkey Forest Entry ($6 in local currency)
- BBQ Dinner at Villa $20pp
- Lunch at your discretion whilst shopping in Ubud

Aug 26 - Group Departures
- Departures to the airport 
- Villa pick up will be schedule to drop you at the airport for 4 hrs before your flight time

Summary From Weekend 1-1 Calls

1) Please complete all payment plans by July 30th​
2) Please send your $390 USD for the pre-payments listed above by July 30th via transfer wise details provided above
3) Purchase your Travel Insurance
4) Have COVID vaccination booster by July 30th (if not booster vaccinated yet)
5) Book your PCR covid test to take place within the 72 hours before your flight time
6) Please bring dress themes:
- Purple swim wear for beach club day on Aug 21st
- Choose one outfit with just one of these colors orange, red or green (choose one color)  for Spa Dinner on Aug 23rd
- An all white outfit for our Uluwatu Dinner on Aug 24th 
7) Make sure your passport isn't expiring within 6 months of your travel date (should be valid at least until March 2023)
8) You are responsible for Informing any dining locations of your dietary food requirements or allergies
9) Please exchange money to local Indonesian Rupiah
- budget accordingly and anticipate your own  personal expensed
- anticipate tipping locals as part of your budget.  
10) Travel with your certificate showing proof of Full Vaccination with booster
