Our 8 Day Itinerary

Day 1

ARRIVAL & WELCOME DINNER 

Welcome to Nairobi, Kenya! Your driver will be scheduled to collect you at the airport for your flight arrival time and take you to our hotel!

​In the evening, we will enjoy a group welcome dinner to kick start our epic 8 Day adventure!

Day 2

FEED & PET GIRAFFES UP CLOSE!

Today is a super fun day ahead! We're going to the Giraffe Centre where you can feed and pet the tallest animals on the planet—giraffes! 

  • Feed the Giraffes: Give yummy snacks to the giraffes right from your hand.
  • Pet the Giraffes: Feel how soft and gentle these amazing animals are.
  • Learn Cool Facts: Discover interesting things about giraffes, like why their tongues are blue and how tall they can grow!

Your visit helps take care of the giraffes and protects them in the wild.  Find out all about giraffes and their habitat in a fun way.

Day 3

A DAY OF FUN WITH ELEPHANTS AT SHELDRICK WILDLIFE TRUST!

Get ready for an amazing adventure! We’re going to visit the Sheldrick Wildlife Trust in Kenya, where you can spend a whole day playing with baby elephants.

  • Meet Baby Elephants: Say hello to adorable baby elephants and learn their names.
  • Feeding Time: Watch as the baby elephants drink their milk and munch on their favorite snacks.
  • Mud Bath Fun: See the elephants splash and play in the mud. It’s their favorite game!
  • Elephant Keeper Talk: Learn cool facts about elephants from the keepers who take care of them

By visiting, you’re helping to protect and take care of these amazing animals.  This is a a great way to learn about wildlife and how to be a friend to animals whilst you create memories that you’ll treasure forever with these gentle giants.

Day 4

NAIROBI TO MARA LUXURY SAFARI CAMPING 

Embark on an exciting journey from Nairobi to the wild and wonderful Maasai Mara. This luxury safari camping trip is perfect for families with kids, offering a mix of comfort, adventure, and incredible wildlife experiences.

Safari Highlights
  • Travel to Maasai Mara: You'll travel by a comfortable, scenic drive or a quick flight to the Maasai Mara, a world-renowned safari destination.
  • Camping in ensuite luxury camping tents: Stay in spacious, well-furnished tents that offer all the comforts of home, including cozy beds, private bathrooms, and sometimes even electricity.
  • Safari Game Drives: Explore the Maasai Mara in a sturdy safari vehicle with a knowledgeable guide. Spot lions, elephants, giraffes, zebras, and possibly even the elusive leopard.
  • Cultural Visits: Visit a local Maasai village to meet the Maasai people, learn about their traditions, and even join in some dancing.

Day 5

GAME DRIVE - MAASAI VILLAGE -  DIANI ARRIVAL

​Get ready for a fun day, that will be filled with lots of energy and adventure! 

Highlights:
  • Sunrise Game Drive: Wake up early to see the animals when they are most active. Spot lions, elephants, giraffes, and maybe even a cheetah! Enjoy the beautiful sunrise over the savannah.
  • Visit the Maasai Village: Meet the Maasai people and learn about their unique culture. See traditional Maasai dances and hear their stories. Visit a Maasai home and see how they live.
  • Flight to Diani: Take a short, exciting flight to the stunning beaches of Diani. Your last 3 nights will be spent here with excursions still to experience!

Day 6

ORPHANAGE MORNING VISIT & LEISURE DAY

Start your day with a heartwarming visit to a local orphanage, where you can engage with the children and support the community. We will be arranging grocery supplies for purchase and take with us. You are also welcome to bring children clothes or school supplies, such as books, pencils. More details and guidance will be shared as we start zoom calls.

​Spend the rest of the day relaxing and enjoying the amenities of your all-inclusive hotel, with everything you need for a leisurely and enjoyable stay.

Day 7

WASINI ISLAND HOPPING & SNORKELING

Get ready to spend the day in the clear waters of Wasini Island! Today will be filled with adventure and education whilst enjoying in a fun environment.

  • Explore the islands of Wasini and the marine life-rich waters of Kisitite Mpunguti Marine National Park
  • Get ready for an unforgettable snorkeling experience in these cool and crystal waters.

DEPARTURE

  • All package rates are based on double occupancy two people sharing. Multiple group member will be allocated adjoining family rooms
  • Flights to and from the trip destination are not included in the package cost and must be arranged by participants. We provide a complimentary service for flight search to all our travellers
  • To secure your spot on this unforgettable adventure, a deposit of $150pp is required to confirm your reservation, and the remaining balance to be paid in monthly instalments on the dates stated in the above payment plan.
  • Health and Safety: Your well-being is our priority, and we will adhere to all necessary health and safety guidelines during the trip. We recommend participants to have travel insurance that covers medical emergencies and trip cancellations (recommendations to be provided after sign up).
  • Kenya with the Kids Cancellation Policy: All payments are non-refundable however transferrable to other trips at latest 16 weeks before travel.
