COVID - 19 TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
(Please check your travel destination requirements via government travel advisory. All countries may have other requirements that are not listed below - please check the country entry requirements directly via their government travel advisory website/s)
LOCAL DESTINATION LAWS
An important and often overlooked part of travel preparation is to review the local laws of your destination. When you travel to a different country, you are subject to that country's laws. Even if you unknowingly break those laws, you may be held responsible and pay the penalties. Be sure review country specific Information prior to travelling and be conscious and respectful of these during your travels.
TRIP PACKING LIST SUGGESTIONS
DRESS CODE SUGGESTIONS
I always recommend packing plenty of COLORFUL clothing as we will capture our experiences and activities throughout the trip!
Also bring some comfortable clothing for other sport activities (if applicable to the destination itinerary)
Don’t forget:
- Be sure to confirm your flight reservation with your airline
- Research country entry requirements and apply for any necessary visas. Most countries (but not all) require your passport to have, at least two blank pages and to be valid for at least 6 months from entry of the country destination.
- Consider buying Travel & Health Insurance to protect you in case unanticipated occurrences, such as, injury, sickness, travel delays or baggage loss.
- Visit your doctor and make sure you're up to date on all your vaccinations. If possible, see your doctor at least 8 weeks before you're due to travel. Some vaccines need to be given well in advance to allow your body to develop immunity.
- Complete and submit your Pre-Departure Form at latest, 6 weeks before departure.
- SAVE my number for use to contact me at any time, including during your flight journey +447932808650. This is a UK number so I would recommend using Whats App, iMessage or FaceTime Audio or Video (as they are free of charge)
- Contact your bank to advise them of the country destination that you'll be visiting, including flight connections. This is to ensure that your bank cards are enabled to work in these destinations should you wish to use them for transactions.
- Contact your bank for information on transaction fees for the countries you’ll be visiting
- Double-check with your mobile phone carrier about roaming charges in foreign countries. Perhaps, make use of WI-FI operating apps such as Whats App to avoid charges
- Be prepared with cash. There are ATM's at your country destination; however, the ATM service fee may be significant (speak to your bank regarding fees). Currency Exchange Centres are also available during your trip so an option would be to bring cash or travellers cheques and change this upon arrival. There are plenty of money exchange centres locally who may even offer better rates than your home country.
COVID - 19 TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
(Please check your travel destination requirements via government travel advisory. All countries may have other requirements that are not listed below - please check the country entry requirements directly via their government travel advisory website/s)
- For most destinations a COVID-19 PCR test or equivalent is required. Please check your flight confirmation which should provide guidelines on how many days or hours exactly you would need to do this test before departure. You must print your COVID-19 PCR test certificate and show this in order to depart and also enter the country of entry.
- Most countries also require you to fill out a passenger allocator form or declaration before entry - please check your flight confirmation and destination government website for required documents.
- Be sure to purchase medical Insurance - some countries may ask you to upload proof to their portal before departure. Please check your destination travel advisory
