Job Title: Experiences Curator
Job Description: We are looking for a travel curator, who is passionate about all aspects of traveling and planner. You will manage travel requirements made for travel and you will provide tourism related services and packages we offer in partnership with our world-wide vendors.
Responsibilities: - You will be managing private trip enquiries - Assist clients with all aspects of their travel planning, including accommodation, excursions, transportations. You will also assist with flight and insurance search and other travel services as required - Cooperate with clients to determine their needs & advise them according to their desired destination - Book transportation, make hotel reservations and collect payment/fees - Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages - Keep updated with the latest travel requirements and restrictions for all destinations scheduled - Meet profit and sales targets
Required skills - Strong sales skills and commercial awareness - The ability to work effectively under pressure, independently - Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively with vendors - Sound knowledge of international travel trends
Not essential but would be considered as an advantage: - Undergrad or Postgrad degree in Business, Tourism or Project Management - A well-travelled individual who has had exposure to different cultures - Previous work experience as a travel agent
Salary: Competitive and full time salary Hours: 35 hrs a week Location: This is a remote working role, allowing you to work from anywhere in world.
