Day 1

AKWAABA DINNER & NAMING CEREMONY

Your driver will be scheduled for airport pick up for your flight arrival time.

In the evening, let's prepare for our opening activities below! Let's dress up in colorful African traditional attire made from local fabrics!

BEACH CLUB LEISURE DAY

Spend your first day at leisure in the motherland. This is your time to rest and recharge as you get familiar with your new surroundings! Later in the evening, we will head out for dinner & nightlife!

ANCESTRAL ROUTE: SLAVE RIVER & CAPE COAST SLAVE TRADE PRISONS

Embrace the power of self-love and ancestral connection as we honor the resilience and strength of our ancestors who endured the harrowing legacy of slavery.

Explore the haunting Cape Coast Castle, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, where countless Africans were held captive before being transported across the Atlantic. Join us on this transformative journey of self-discovery and remembrance, as we pay homage to the lives lost and the enduring spirit of survival

AKOSOMBO DAY 

Escape the hustle and bustle of city life with a day in nature at Akosombo. Immerse yourself in the serene beauty, nestled along the shores of Lake Volta. Paddle through scenic waterways, explore lush forests, scenic trails, and tranquil lakeside vistas.

Day 6

GIVE BACK DAY & MARKET SHOPPING 

Volunteer at a local orphanage school where you will have the chance to give back by putting a smile on children's faces as you participate in their daily school activities!

Afterward, explore Accra city and visit Ghana's largest market for shopping for African clothing, arts, crafts and more!

  • All package rates are based on double occupancy two people sharing therefore you will be paired with another solo traveller.
  • Flights to and from the trip destination is not included in the package cost and must be arranged individually by participants. We provide a complimentary service for flight search to all our travellers
  • To secure your spot on this unforgettable adventure, a deposit of $150pp is required to confirm your reservation, and the remaining balance to be paid in monthly instalments from the dates stated.
  • Health and Safety: Your well-being is our priority, and we will adhere to all necessary health and safety guidelines during the trip. We recommend participants to have travel insurance that covers medical emergencies and trip cancellations (recommendations to be provided after sign up).
  • Cancellation Policy: All payments are non-refundable however transferrable to other trips at latest 12 weeks before travel.
